+ Summary: E-mail sent out using IMP to IMP does not arrive

+ I am an user so not really familiar with the way Horde/IMP works on the backend.
+ But this is the problem I am encountering.  I believe the IMP version is 3.1 
+ (got that from "User-Agent" under "sent-mail" file.  So here is the problem.
+         1. Two users both using IMP 3.1/ Horde web based e-mail.
+         2. User A using Traditional Chinese UI
+            User B using English UI
+         3. User A sends e-mail out to user B
+         4. User B does not receive the e-mail.
+         5. User A's e-mail does show up under his/her "sent-mail" file.
+ Futhermore:
+         1. When user A sends to an hotmail account- mail gets there.
+         2. User A tries to send to self- mail fails to arrive.
+         3. User A switches to English UI- mail arrives to self and user B
+ 
+ Bug or misconfiguration on my hosting company?
