+ I've just gone through the process of setting up Horde on Win2k/IIS5/PHP4.2.3.

+ It appears that the PEAR Log class may have moved locations since Horde was 
+ last packaged...
+ In the version I CVSed yesterday 'Log.php' resides inside the 'Log' subdir of 
+ PEAR but both 'test.php' and 'lib/horde.php' (line 145) attempt to include the 
+ file from the base PEAR directory.
