+ the test.php of Horde 2.2 is buggy. It looks for "HTML/IT_Error.php" to check 
+ if PEAR version is recent. 
+ 
+ 1. You check for HTML_Template_IT version, not for PEAR version
+ 2. In recent releases of HTML_Template_IT the files are located in 
+ HTML/Template/* instead of HTML/*
+ 
+ I don't know, if you use the wrong path for the main IT class too, so please 
+ check this.
