+ I am getting this message at the bottom of the "compose" popup when my INBOX 
+ is empty.  See the attached photo for exact location.  I am using POP.
+ 
+ I am not familiar with the Horde/IMP code but I am assuming this stems from 
+ some auto error report when a return value != 0.  If this is the case 
+ then "Mailbox is empty" indicates the error value (in english) of errflg being 
+ 1.
