+ Using the latest IMP3.1 and Horde2.1 running on Redhat 8.0 connecting to IMAP 
+ on the localhost.  Created a folder called mytest.  Then tried to create a 
+ subfolder under mytest but it failed with this message:

+ The folder "mytest/test4" was not created. This is what the server said: CREATE 
+ failed: Can't create mailbox node /home/admin/mail/mytest/: File exists
+ 
+ After trying to above several times I tried to create a subfolder under INBOX, 
+ no error messages but the folder never showed up in IMP.
