+ Your first problem identified has already been fixed - IMP 3.1 can not be used 
+ with PHP 4.3.0 without setting the compatability flag.  Testing with Horde 
+ 2.2.1/IMP 3.2-RC1 does not give this error.

+ For your second error, make sure you are using the most up to date Log module.  
+ No file manipulation appears on line 59 of Log/file.php so you are not using 
+ the latest version (1.5.3).
