+ when logging in with a freshly loaded browser (tried mozilla 1.2.1, ie 5.5 and
+ ie 6) I find that the left hand side menu doesn't load, I only get the center
+ piece. 
+ The entire system is based off of CVS horde, updated Saturday February 8th 2003
+ at approx 1 pm. To fix the problem I'd have to manually browse to
+ horde/index.php then the menu pops up and stays there untill I close my browser
+ and log in again.
