+ IMP 3.2/Horde 2.2.1 sends xls/doc that are converted with xlHtml/wvHtml to
+ the web server as .xls/.doc files and the web server sends them out with
+ incorrect mime types.  IMP 3.1/Horde 2.0 did not do this...
