+ Summary: Feature Request: Force new uses to update their personal profile.

+ I would like to request a knob that would force new users to update their
+ personal profile (eg Name and reply-address) when they first log in.
+ 
+ Why: We run horde on servers that hosts a number of different domains.  If a
+ user does not customise their settings - all mail will appear to come from the
+ domain which the server is in, which may not be correct.
+ 
+ By forcing the user to enter their full name and reply address when first
+ starting up, we can feel confident that the user us using their correct email
+ address.
+ 
+ Eg, Horde is on server mail.domainA.com.  The user is actually user at domainB.com
+ however if they fail to update their personal settings, their mail will be
+ addressed as coming from user at domainA.com - which is not correct.
