+ I have customers reporting problems downloading attachments when using internet
+ explorer (which they say they can't reproduce with mozilla)

+ If you click the 'view' link it works. Click the download link, IE will start
+ the download, let you say "save" and then when it opens its "downloading"
+ dialog, it will display a message box with the text:
