  ago. I didn't had this problem with uw-imap. After changing I noticed the
  problem (took some days because I do not create folders everyday) and did a
  complete update of my horde bit that didn't help.

+ OK, now it works. The problem was my browser (phoenix 0.5). I've switched to the
+ cvs-version and now the box comes up asking for the name (and creates the folder).
+ So do you close this bug, or change it to "phoenix cannot create folders"?
