+ If a shared-folder (user.folder) and a sub-folder (user.folder.subfolder) exist
+ (can be accessed with other IMAP clients) the top-level folder is not opened.
+ If I switch with the drop-down menu the last folder is still displayed and I 
+ can't access the "user.folder" folder.
