  I can't reproduce this but I'm not sure that I understood your example

+ my Cyrus has a mailbox user.support where I have lrswipd ACLs.
+ So this folder is reachable via support at domain.de.
+ Below this folder I have the sub-folder user.support.done with the
+ same ACLs. Ich have access to both folders within Mozilla or other IMAP-Clients.
+ In the folder pull-down menu on the top right of the page I see both folders as:

+    support.
