+ I installed new Horde 2.2.3
+ 
+ in the config of hrode i configured it used default file logging 
+ to /tmp/horde.log - but nothing is being written into this file
+ 
+ when i use the 2.2.1 Horde Core everything works fine except that only the 
+ logout in horde is logged, but not the login. but
