  1.6.0-1. As I mentioned before - when copying my horde-installation with the 
  2.2.1 core to /usr/share/horde i have no problem logging to /tmp/horde.log - so 
  i actually thought everything would be ok with the pear version.

+ mailing list that downgrading to the Log version 1.1 made their logging work again.
