+ When trying to create folders using IMP, the folders do not appear.
+ 
+ IMP reports success when trying to create a folder under "INBOX.".  On the IMAP
+ server, a new directory named .folder (or dot-whatever-the-user-named-it)
+ appears.  This folder does not appear in the IMP folder display.
+ 
+ Attempts to create new top-level folders fail.

+ IMAP server is courier-imap.
