  You most likely have either 'folders' or 'namespace' set wrong in
  imp/config/servers.php

+ I had set the 'folders' key to "INBOX." as per the faq at inter7.com.  I changed
+ the 'folders' key to "" (null string) and namespace to "INBOX.".  This has
