+ 1) User logs into Horde then into IMP
+ 2) user clicks on Options, then Personal Information
+ 3) User clicks Edit Your Identiy and types in "Test" for the
+ Identity Name, then types in "Sam Smith" for the Full Name, then
+ "sam at example.com" for the From: address.  User Saves changes
+ 4) user clicks the Compose icon and the From: address is

+ instead of being

+ Must be in the compose script somewhere in the query that is building the
+ From: address is querying the wrong field in the sql database.
