+ This is pretty simple.
+ 
+ We want to have a img banner on top of the login page. But...
+ 
+ If the user is not logged in he cant see the banner on the login.php. Wich is 
+ located in the common-header.inc. But, the header is loaded in the menu.php and 
+ is visible.
+ 
+ We moved the menu.php on top and the login.php at the buttom of the frame set. 
+ This is working fine, but, when the user logs in, and see his mailbox the first 
+ time of his session, the banner is duplicate. Since now it is loaded in the 
+ login.php page. If the user accesses any option of his mail box, the duplicate 
+ banner disapear.

+ Its just an annoyance, but still is one ;P
