I am trying to set up a shared contact list. I edited the sources.php file
to have public=yes and readonly=false. I am able to see entries made by
other users, but I cannot edit them.

the documentation suggests that this configuration should allow users to
edit any contact in the list:

  * public: If set to true, this source will be available to all users.
  * See also 'readonly' -- public=true readonly=false means writable
  * by all users!

Is this a bug or am I misinterperating the documentation?
