no application active

Comment by brian at verkley.com on Fri Apr 9 08:17:06 2004 (today):
I'm new to Horde and PHP. When I set horde + imp up, I forgot initially to
set the imp application to active in the registry.php. All horde gives you
when this happens is a blank screen with no error message either in the
display or in the horde.log. Being new, it took me a couple of whiles to
figure out what I had missed.

I propose that either the web output or the horde.log displays a message
that no applications are set to active if indeed that is the case.
For an added bonus, it could detect which packages are installed and suggest
that you edit your registry.php to set them to active.

thanks!
