My subfolders of my inbox are placed under another global folder.

The stucture of the dropdownlist looks like:
INBOX
a
 a.a
 a.b
b
 b.a
 b.b
  b.b.a
 b.c
c
 INBOX.a
 INBOX.b
  INBOX.b.a
d
 d.a

Folders a-d are global folders and Folder c does not have any subfolders.

The server config looks like:
