Scenario:
  User1 creates and shares multiple calendars.  User defines categories.
  User1, and\or other users, view the shared calendars.
Enhancement:
  Allow user to bind category to a specific calendar.
Why:
  When vieiwing multiple calendars shared by the same user, multiple copies
of the same legend appear below the Calendar.
  Allow greater control over addition and deletion of categories.
