In the Dutch localization of Ingo the following character is used in the
localized text of "Copy %s": ë
This character breaks the template engine when you try to open the main Ingo
page, it will result in a run away apache process.

The template used is ingo/templates/filters/filter.html
The ë will be used in the "copylink" and "copyimg" elements of an entry.
