Hi,

If I shouldn't be posting here, please forgive me and let me know!
I found this site through Google after a friend contacted me with a e-mail
problem. I serach the FAQ's but couldn't find the problem listed.

She is trying to send a 1.3MB attachment and the attachement cannot be
opened in other clients such as Outlook Express and IncrediMail.

The e-mail looks fine in my Outlook Express and displays a paperclip
attachment. However, the attachment (a .tif file) is greyed out and cannot
be opened.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be.
