IMP makes invalid headers according to RFC 2047.  I just got an email with:
    Subject: =?ISO-8859-1?B?TmVkZXRpZCBw5SBibA==?=ug-server
which was supposed to be decoded as:
    Subject: Nedetid på blug-server
but the encoded header is invalid according to RFC 2047, which says:
    Ordinary ASCII text and 'encoded-word's may appear together in the
    same header field.  However, an 'encoded-word' that appears in a
    header field defined as '*text' MUST be separated from any adjacent
    'encoded-word' or 'text' by 'linear-white-space'.
