BTW, did anyone else notice that it is Outlook sending non-RFC suggested
messages (8-bit)?  If I remember correctly, the RFC says that messages
SHOULD be sent in 7-bit (not MUST) but sending these kind of messages
without encoding to a 7bit medium does seem like an attempt to thumb the
proverbial nose at internet standards...
