Internet Explorer - Bad request

I have setup a virtual page...something like bla.domain.com and it goes to
/var/www/localhost/htdocs/horde.
I have done all the settings and everything works fine with any browser
except Internet Explorer(regardless of version, Content Advisor on/off, or
cookie_path => '/' or '/horde') which gives me:

400 - Bad request

This is the apache log:
