IMP installation with Plesk 7

We would like to know if the black and whitelist settings are active with
the IMP version available with the Plesk 7. This because our IMP doesn't
support black and whitelist, although we can see the links the Webmail.
Should we have INGO istalled for that? Thanks for your kind support.
