Dear Madam or Sir:

I am hoping you can tell me if I am doing something wrong or am failing to
do
something which is causing my horde mail to not automatically blacklist.  I
am accessing horde via aol and windows xp (neither of which are my choice,
but
it's what I'm stuck with for now).

I have blacklisted many senders, and I have indicated in my "options" that
my
filter rules be applied up logging in as well as upon refresh of the inbox.

The "from" text is the proper text for identifying the unwanted emails, as
when
I manually blacklist, the horde program marks them deleted.

Please advise.
