I have passwd installed. On the system I only want passwords to contain
alphanumeric characters, no special characters @^$*!. Additionally while
trying
to figure out how to impliment this I stumble across this problem. One of
the
test passwords I used contained the ( character. This resulted in the
password
page no longer displaying. Most likely due to the ( in the password creating
an
unclosed comment situation.
