The Kronolith Blocks on the Horde main page doesn't show the category colors
as defined in the global category settings.

- Summary Block: Only one color
- Monthly Block: Error in kronolith/lib/Block/monthlist.php

maybe we should
replace $colors = Kronolith::categoryColors();
with    $colors = $cManager->colors();
