Strange error output at login

Each time I log in, this strange error message appears:

Notice: (null)(): [ALERT] Fatal error: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL
VIOLATIONS: in Unknown on line 0

I don't know what this means. I must admit that I have a lot of filter rules
for Spam filtering. Maybye that's the cause? Before I inserted these rules
(filter rules were empty) this error message didn't appear.
