Feedback not possible - server crashed, complete loss. If/when I re-install
IMP I will report further.

Has anyone has tried creating a message by hand in the Maildir/new folder
with CRLF for newlines? (Assuming IMAP/Maildir is ubiquitous and it's not a
problem with Courier-IMAP).
