maintenance don't work

This is shown every 30 days when I login in portal view. Clicking on IMP in
meniu, and switching back to portal solves the problem.

My maintenance prefs:
Perform maintenance operations on login: ON
Ask for confirmation before doing maintenance operations: ON
Rename sent-mail folder at beginning of month: OFF
Delete old sent-mail folders at beginning of month: OFF
Purge old messages in the Trash folder? ON
Purge Trash how often: Monthly
Purge messages in Trash folder older than this amount of days: 30

Can anyone confirm this?
