The search engine need a option to find a ticket by the subject or a word in
the "description" field. This feature reduce a redundancy opens ticket.

A máquina de busca deveria ter a possibilidade de buscar um "ticket" através
do assunto ou até por uma palavra no campo de "descrição". Isto
possibilitaria a não redundância de abertura de "tickets".
