Why exist a field "language" on the horde home page if it don't change
language after login?

PS: I know that the "users prefs options" changes language.

Porque existe o campo "Idioma" na pagina inicial do Horde se nao influi apos
o usuario logar?

Obs: Eu sei que nas "preferencias do usuario" eh possivel alterar o idioma.
