A background color is specified but not text and link colors.

Reproduce:
1) Set your browser's color preferences to white text on a dark background
and some light color for links.
2) Go to http://cvs.php.net/co.php/pear/Image_GIS/package.xml?r=1.16
3) Notice that the line number links don't significantly contrast and that
character data in the elements is invisible.
