When reading messages, with IMP set to "hide deleted", message counts in the
header are not displayed correctly.  If I'm reading message 5 of 10, and
delete it, IMP (correctly) takes me to the next message, but incorrectly
lists it as 6 of 10, instead of 5 of 9.
