Sam currently saves eight preferences for SpamAssassin, along with the
white- and black- lists.  Unfortunately, four of the eight are currently
either deprecated or ignored in the current version of SpamAssassin (2.63).

Options removed in version 2.50 (released 2003-03-21):
------------------------------------------------------
report_header: Replaced with 'report_safe 1'.

defang_mime: Replaced with 'report_safe 2'.

Options removed in version 2.60 (released 2003-09-22):
------------------------------------------------------
spam_level_stars: This has been replaced with the option/value combo
'add_header all Level _STARS(*)_'.

use_terse_report: Deprecated and currently does nothing.
