As discussed in private email, the recently introduced accesskey scheme
causes conflict with existing browser menu items.  Here's a patch changing
the access keys to ones that aren't used:

Upper case free in all
Lower case used in Opera only (but who cares, since Opera 7 doesn't deal
with accesskeys.)
