In beta testing the ALPHA releases of many Horde components, some confusion
was generated about toggling the view of shared calendars on and off
(currently symbolized by "+" and "--").  I am attaching a very simple
usability patch that makes it crystal clear what clicking on each toggle
will do.  It makes the menu a little bit wider but it provides needed
clarity, IMHO.
