I tried removing IMP block from portal today, and found that error
disappears. Also if I keep IMP block and turn OFF "Ask for confirmation
before doing maintenance operations" option, error is not shown.

Also I tracked the bug in /services/portal/index.php file to line 78. Seems
that error appears after $block->getContent() is called.
