I have run the horde test and have these two missing.

Horde requires the Date_Calc class for Kronolith to calculate dates. 
HTML_Common/HTML_Select - No 
Horde requires the HTML_Common and HTML_Select classes only for Kronolith
1.0 to display forms correctly.

I have reinstalled kronolith and it still hasn't fixed it.
Can you please provide me with details on how to install the required files.
This is a new install through whm (using a server transfer)
