Blacklists and whitelist just add the listed email addresses to simple
filters. Thus you can view your lists under Options -> Filters.

To add email addresses to an address book, you first need an address book
that you have write access to, then you need to define the address book to
add new addresses to under Options -> Address books. Then you will get
little address book icons next to email address that add these addresses to
your book if you click on them.
