Yes, it doesn't exist. And my log level is set to PEAR_LOG_INFO, because I
need to keep a track of users' logins and logouts. So maybe there is some
other way to avoid this? How to create such permissions?

Another thing is, that if I login, I don't get such message. I think this is
because my username is in array of horde administrators, right?
