Reproduce like this:
1. Enter a newsgroup.
2. Choose a posting to reply to.
3. Use "post reply".

Bug 1: 
This will open a new window with an invalid URL (horde-base-url and
troll-base-url are doubled).

Bug 2:
After correcting that problem the following error message appears:

Bug 3:

In the reply body the following message appears (several HTML tags stripped
since I don't know if those would cause problems):
