No, the application is quite stable; we're just rewriting the clients stuff
at the moment, which you should know because you should be following
cvs at lists.horde.org if you're using CVS HEAD.

Just remove the "clients" entry from Turba's "provides" link in
horde/config/registry.php and it'll work fine.
