possibly a global setting could configured for a free nntp post for users
without their own accounts.
 Also information from servers should be cached and shareable among users on
the same news-server. This would include news groups and articles, so maybe
a back end needs to be developed or possibly the installation of a local
nntp server that serves as a cache for all the troll users. And it could
managed the retrieval of new articles and such in a cron job, but you would
only want to retrieve headers and even that can be several gigs in a day, so
storage space and retention is an issue as well.
