I.e. they'd like a "My tickets" that is "All tickets" (or an automatically
activated search, given a quicksearch parameter perhaps).

As it is now, one has to click on "Whups", "Search" (if that is not the
default view), click on a quicksearch and then go.. for a helpdesk with many
tickets, there'll be a lot of "clicking" to stay in tune.
